Section 01
The Service
What it is. A concierge service that reviews uploaded photos of unwanted physical mail, identifies the senders, submits eligible opt-out requests on the household’s behalf, tracks follow-ups, and reports progress over a 90-day window. We act as your authorized agent for those filings.
Who we are. Household Mail Cleanup, a U.S.-based small business (“we”, “us”, “our”).
Who you are. An adult (18 or older) U.S. resident creating an account either for your own household, or for a household over which you have authority — for example, an aging parent (with their permission or appropriate legal authority), a deceased relative for whom you are the executor or estate representative, or a household where you are the current resident dealing with prior-resident mail.
What we use. Public consumer-protection registries (DMA, Catalog Choice), industry opt-out paths (DMAchoice, OptOutPrescreen), credit-bureau marketing opt-outs, and direct-sender suppression requests via email, web form, or postal mail.
